Here are some website that will help the teachers to integrate math and art, and students to see math in a new light and experience that math is everywhere.
Picture
As the caption says, this website is quite beyond the imagination, with more than 5000 art lesson plans from K to grade 12, with numerous lessons that integrate other subject areas such as Math, Science, Health and P.E. etc, which are teacher created and shared. But, you have to create an account before you access the lesson plans; the account is free!

This website has lessons designed based on the Massachusetts Arts Curriculum Frameworks. Not all, but many lessons are integrate math curriculum. The lessons are simple and can be absorbed into any curriculum framework of grades K to 5.

The focus is on connecting the aspects of math with aspects of art. The lessons are for all grades, and the suggestion of related art and math lessons is given at the end of a lesson. Some articles and games are also shared on this page.

This website is more of an advertisement to buy the resource HANDS ON MATH ACTIVITIES, which is about $18 (Amazon), which is pretty resonable. Although you cannot see the the entire lesson, you can see part lesson, and get the idea, and use you creativity to create the whole lesson.

Although the lessons on this particular website are not integrated with math, but if you see from that perspective, you will be able to find a connection. Once again, this is a promotional website. The synopsis of the lesson is given here, but the complete lessons are available at the Teachers Pay Teachers site at reasonable rates. The links are provided. Some lessons are free for you to try.
